Judaic Studies
Our Judaic Studies curriculum is designed to cultivate an authentic, lifelong connection to Torah, Halacha, and Hashem. We believe that spiritual passion, Ahavas Torah, grows best when paired with deep textual skills and conceptual clarity. Core Curricular Highlights
Tanach - Torah & Nevi'im
Our Tanach program balances rigorous textual analysis with thematic, conceptual study. Students learn to read primary sources critically, analyzing traditional commentators (Rishonim and Acharonim) alongside literary structure. Classes explore how Tanach serves as a moral compass, translating ancient narratives into profound lessons on human nature, leadership, and divine providence.
Practical & Conceptual Halacha:
Halacha is taught not as a static set of rules, but as a dynamic blueprint for everyday life. Students explore the textual origins of Jewish law—tracing rulings from their source texts to modern She’elos u’Tshuvos. Topics include the laws of Shabbas, Kashrus, relationships Bein Adam L’Chavero, and modern medical and technological ethics.
Machshava & Torah Thought:
Designed to meet the intellectual sophistication of high school young women, our Machshava courses address the foundational questions of Emunah, Tefilah, and identity. Seminar-style discussions encourage students to explore the teachings of major Jewish thinkers, from the Rambam and Maharal to Rav Kook and modern Jewish philosophy, fostering an authentic, grounded, and personal relationship with Hashem.
Eretz Yisrael & Torat Yisrael:
We affirm the centrality of Eretz Yisrael in modern Jewish identity. Our curriculum integrates the study of Jewish history, modern Israel, and the spiritual significance of the Jewish homeland, inspiring students with pride in their heritage and an understanding of their role in the ongoing story of the Jewish people.

Mathematics:
Our math sequence builds logical reasoning, spatial thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ranging from foundational Algebra I and Geometry to Honors Pre-Calculus, AP Calculus, and Statistics, our courses focus on conceptual understanding and real-world mathematical applications.
Sciences & STEM:

We recognize that every student possesses a unique learning profile. Our Learning Center provides executive function coaching, individualized study strategies, and subject-specific tutoring to ensure every girl receives the scaffolding she needs to reach her full potential.
College Guidance
At Naaleh High School for Girls, academic preparation is intentionally paired with personalized, forward-looking guidance to help every student navigate her next steps with confidence. Our dedicated College Guidance team works closely with students and families starting early in high school, providing tailored support for course selection, standardized testing strategy, resume building, and essay writing.
Through individualized advising, we help each young woman gain admission to top-tier universities, specialized honors programs, and competitive higher education pathways that align with her career aspirations and personal values.
Naaleh graduates have earned acceptances to prestigious institutions including Yeshiva University (Stern College, Sy Syms School of Business, Katz School, and the S. Daniel Honors Program), Touro University (including Touro Honors and the Medical Honors Pathway Program), SUNY Binghamton, Rutgers, Tulane, Fairleigh Dickinson University, Montclair State University, and CUNY Honors programs (Baruch, Brooklyn, Hunter, Lehman, and Queens).
